Imperium Mortgages is an independent mortgage and protection business with its trading arm ‘Contractor Mortgages 4U’ offering specialist advice to contractors working across a wide range of occupations and industries, including the Healthcare sector.

As independent mortgage advisors, we can access a wide range of lenders for our clients, as opposed to being restricted to one or a limited choice of lenders. This allows us to carry out research and make recommendations on an open market basis, to provide you with the most suitable options based on your circumstances and mortgage objectives.

We also offer an independent protection review service (without charge or obligation), which forms part of our advice journey, which is designed to allow you to consider and understand the key areas of protection, and how these may impact you and your family financially. This also includes the ability to review any existing protection arrangements you already have in place to ensure they are still fit for purpose.

Our Team

Imperium Mortgages Ltd was set up by co-founders Duncan A Radford (Managing Director) and Lewis White in 2019 to provide a wide range of independent mortgage and protection services across all types of employment sectors and scenarios within the UK. Their combined knowledge and expertise includes long-standing lender relationships, particularly in the niche mortgage sector, built up over the last 10 years.

We have a strong belief and culture of creating value in the advice and service we provide, as opposed to simply ‘order taking’. Building long-term client relationships is also at the heart of what we do, and is reflected in our outstanding client reviews.
